Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ammino.ai (the "Service"), operated by Allygent Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What ammino.ai is

ammino.ai is an AI practice tool for Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) preparation. It simulates practice interviews and generates feedback. It is not a real interview, and it is not admissions, career, medical, or legal advice. Scores and feedback are practice aids only - they are not predictions or guarantees of any real-world outcome.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure, for providing accurate information, and for verifying your email address.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or harassing purpose;
• attempt to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service; or
• use the Service to harm others or infringe their rights.

Your account is yours alone

An account is for one person. You may not share your login or password with anyone, let another person use your account, or sell, transfer, or give away practice stations you have purchased. What you buy is personal to you.

If we determine that an account is being shared or that purchased stations are being resold, we may suspend or terminate the account, and any unused balance is forfeited.

Practice stations and payment

The Service is sold as practice stations, which are pre-paid and used as you practise. You are charged for the time you actually use, so leaving a station early costs less than completing it. Your balance does not expire, is for your personal use only, is non-transferable, and has no cash value. New accounts receive a free allotment.

Prices are shown in US or Canadian dollars depending on your location, and applicable taxes are added at checkout. All purchases are final and are non-refundable. We may issue a refund at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis; contact support@ammino.ai if you believe your situation warrants one.

Recording

Practice sessions are recorded so you can review them. By starting a session you consent to being recorded. See our Privacy Policy for how recordings are handled.

AI output - no guarantees

Feedback and scores are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them as professional advice or as a prediction of admissions results. You remain responsible for your own preparation and decisions.

Intellectual property

We own the Service and its content, excluding your inputs. You keep your own recordings and inputs, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allygent Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or [CAD $50]. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Province], Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
