Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 August 2026

ammino.ai (the "Service") is operated by Allygent Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@ammino.ai.

Information we collect

  • Account information - your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
  • Practice data - audio and video recordings of your practice sessions, transcripts of what is said, and the scores and feedback generated for each session.
  • Usage and technical data - log data, IP address, and basic device/browser information needed to run and secure the Service.
  • How you found us - when you create an account we record the campaign tags in the link you arrived through, the website that referred you (the site's name only, never the full address you came from), and the first page you landed on. This is stored once, on your first visit, and is not updated afterwards.
  • Payment information - handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a record that a purchase happened and what it was for. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

  • To provide the Service: run your practice sessions, generate scores and feedback, and show you your history.
  • To operate and secure your account, prevent abuse, and send account emails such as verification and password resets.

We do not use your practice recordings or transcripts to train AI models.

Service providers we share data with

To deliver a live voice experience, your audio and text are processed by trusted providers acting on our behalf:

  • LiveKit - real-time audio/video transport and session recording.
  • Deepgram - speech-to-text transcription.
  • ElevenLabs - the AI interviewer's voice.
  • Anthropic - generating station content and scoring your responses.
  • Cloudflare - hosting, storage, and security.
  • Google Analytics - website and app usage analytics. This covers which pages you visit and general activity such as starting or finishing a practice session. It never includes your recordings, transcripts, or scores.
  • Stripe - payment processing. Stripe collects your card details directly and handles the payment; we never receive them.
  • Meta, Reddit, and OpenAI - advertising measurement. See "Analytics and advertising" below for exactly what these receive.

These providers process your data only to provide their service to us, under terms that restrict further use. We do not sell your data to data brokers, we do not use your recordings to train AI models, and we never show your recordings or transcripts to any school or admissions body. The advertising platforms above work differently from the rest of this list, and "Analytics and advertising" below sets out exactly what they receive.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the Service, so we can improve it. It sets cookies and collects the pages you visit, an approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, and basic device and browser information. For Google Analytics specifically, we turn on IP anonymization and turn off Google's advertising and cross-device signals, so that data is not used to build a Google advertising profile of you.

We do advertise the Service, and we measure whether those ads work. To do that we run advertising pixels from Meta, Reddit, and OpenAI. When you load a page, create an account, or start a checkout, these pixels tell the relevant platform that the action happened, together with the identifiers that platform has already set in your browser and, for a checkout, the price of the pack you are buying. They never receive your recordings, transcripts, scores, or anything said during a practice session.

Those platforms may use this to attribute a signup to an ad, to build audiences, and to show you advertising elsewhere. Some privacy laws describe this kind of arrangement as "selling" or "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising. No money changes hands for your data, we do not pass it to data brokers, and we do not advertise using anything you say or do inside a practice session.

You can block these cookies and pixels with your browser settings, a content blocker, or Google's opt-out add-on, and you can change ad personalisation in your Meta, Reddit, and OpenAI account settings. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use the Service. Session cookies needed to keep you logged in are essential and cannot be turned off.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and practice data until you delete it or your account. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing support@ammino.ai (self-serve deletion is coming).

Your choices and rights

You can view your practice history in the app, and request correction or deletion of your data by contacting support@ammino.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Age

The Service is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We'll change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
